About Dr. Borrelli
Dr. Samuel J. Borrelli, MD, is a board certified in family medicine provider and has practiced medicine in the Elkhart County area since 1987. Through the years he has served on various boards and committees and was Chief of Staff at Elkhart General Hospital.
Dr. Borrelli earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology at Loyola University, Chicago, and Doctor of Medicine degree at American University of the Caribbean, Montserrat British West Indies. He completed a clerkship at West Suburban Hospital, Oak Park, IL, and a family medicine residency at St. Joseph Hospital, Flint, MI.
