About Jordan A. Hunsberger, DO Jordan A. Hunsberger, DO, is a pediatrician who cares for patients from birth through age 21. He provides care for children with complex medical needs and helps patients stay healthy through preventive medicine and holistic sports medicine. Dr. Hunsberger helps patients build a strong foundation for lifelong health through early intervention and focused care. Dr. Hunsberger believes the best care starts with a strong partnership between families and their healthcare team. He takes an approach that supports each patient's physical health as well as their emotional and developmental needs. As he says, "By focusing on the whole child and early prevention, I partner with you as a collaborative team in the child's health journey to reach our common goal of your child's lifelong health and well-being." During his training in Miami, he cared for patients and families from many cultures and backgrounds. Those experiences strengthened his ability to provide compassionate, personalized care. Dr. Hunsberger completed his pediatric internship and residency at Nicklaus Children's Hospital in Miami, Florida. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Nova Southeastern University Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine in Davie, Florida. He received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Taylor University in Upland, Indiana, where he worked as an Emergency Medical Technician while completing his degree. He is double board certified in pediatrics through the American Osteopathic Board of Pediatrics and the American Osteopathic Association.
