About Sarah Damick As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Sarah Damick works with patients across all life spans. “My clinical goals are to help patients understand their conditions, both acute and chronic, so that good joint decision making about treatment can occur,” Sarah says. “I believe that when patients understand what is happening in their body, they are better able to collaborate with their Primary Care Provider for their best treatment options to improve their health and well-being.” She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Spring Arbor University, Battle Creek, MI, and her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner Track, at Michigan State University, Lansing. “While most of my experience is in chronic disease management, I am interested in learning more about mental health, both in diagnosing and different treatment regimens,” she says.
