About Sarah Strozier, NP Sarah Strozier, NP, provides family medicine care for patients across all stages of life. She has a special interest in mental health, chronic disease management and end-of-life care. Sarah works closely with patients to understand their goals, answer questions and support their long-term health and well-being. Sarah believes strong relationships are an important part of healthcare. She partners with patients to create care plans that fit their needs and helps them navigate both everyday health concerns and more complex medical conditions. Her focus is on helping people maintain the best possible quality of life through personalized, compassionate care. Sarah earned a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Spring Arbor University in Spring Arbor, Michigan. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, and an Associate Degree in Applied Science-Nursing from Jackson College in Jackson, Michigan. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys reading, traveling and watching football.
