About Marlise Webber
Every moment makes a difference. This is a valuable lesson Marlise Webber, NP, learned in her training and education and has carried with her in her many years as a medical provider. In those moments, she also believes that listening to patients is just as important as talking to them.
“I like being able to be there for people when they are going through a tough time, explaining and helping people understand what is going on can really help anxious situations,” she says.
Marlise earned her BSN at Western Governors University, Utah, and her MSN at Goshen College. Her work experience has been at hospitals and in a cancer care center, where she worked in a medical surgical unit, as a post-op inpatient nurse, pulmonology nurse practitioner, and an ER staff nurse.
“Growing up, I always wanted to be the one that helped people,” she says. “Once I experienced amazing nurses caring for me and my family, I knew that’s what I wanted to do.”
