About Arif Goreja, MD
Dr. Goreja received his medical degree from Allama Iqbal Medical College in Pakistan, and completed his residency in internal medicine at St. Francis Medical Center in New Jersey and his fellowship in nephrology from Winthrop University in New York. He is board-certified in internal medicine with a subspecialty certification in nephrology and clinical hypertension.
Dr. Goreja was an associate professor of medicine and section chief of nephrology at Marshall University Joan C. Edward's School of Medicine in Huntington, West Virginia. He most recently served as chairperson of medicine at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington. Dr. Goreja is a member of the American Society of Nephrology, the American Society of Hypertension, the Renal Physicians Association and the American College of Physicians.
