Lauran Culyer, FNP Lauran Culyer, FNP, is a family nurse practitioner who cares for patients with traumatic injuries and surgical needs. She brings a strong background in critical care nursing, trauma care and comprehensive patient assessment. Lauran is committed to helping patients achieve the best possible outcomes through evidence-based care. She is passionate about prevention, wellness and caring for the whole person. Lauran takes time to understand each patient's needs and works to support health and healing at every stage of life. Her journey to becoming a nurse practitioner was inspired by an oncology nurse practitioner who provided compassionate care to a loved one during a terminal illness. That experience shaped her commitment to delivering patient-centered care with kindness, respect and understanding. Lauran works closely with patients and members of the care team to support informed decisions and long-term well-being. She believes meaningful relationships and compassionate care can make a lasting difference in a patient's health journey. Lauran earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Goshen College in Goshen, Indiana. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University South Bend in South Bend, Indiana.
