About Syed Rizvi, MD
Syed M. Rizvi, MD received his medical degree from King Edward Medical College in Pakistan and completed a medicine and general surgery internship at Mayo Hospital in Pakistan. He completed his internal medicine internship and residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Michael Reese Hospital and nephrology fellowship at Washington University School of Medicine, Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. He is board certified in internal medicine, nephrology and hypertension.
In addition to working in a hospital setting and private practice, Dr. Rizvi served as assistant professor of medicine at Washington University School of Medicine and conducted clinical research in transplant nephrology.
