In her own words…
Who is or was the most influential people/role models in your life? My parents. Raising three daughters, they have always made us believe if we work hard, we can do anything.
What was your first job growing up? What do you remember about it? My first job in high school was a waitress. I was terrible. I still have nightmares about it.
What is your favorite food? Movie? What was your best/worst subjects in school? Food: Italian food Movie: Sabrina Best subject: Math; worst was English
If you could sit down to dinner with anyone (alive or deceased) who would it be and why? Leanne Morgan(comedian). I just don't think we laugh enough in life.
In addition to medicine, what are you passionate about? What are your hobbies, interests? Sports/cooking. I love to learn the rules of sports, and the chemist in me loves to create new recipes.
What is something most people don’t know about you? I met my husband, and we were married six months later. We have been married for 22 years.
