About Rhonda S. Miller, MD, FACOG Rhonda S. Miller, MD, FACOG, is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan, followed by a Lansing Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency at E. W. Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, Michigan. An OB laborist is a board-certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist who works exclusively in a hospital to provide 24/7 care, managing labor, delivery, and obstetric emergencies. Dr. Miller manages high-risk obstetric patients, ER and hospital consultations of OB/GYN patients, and performs cesarean and gynecological surgeries.
