About Teresa Parkhouse, NP
Teresa received her bachelor's degree in nursing from Purdue University and doctorate in nursing practice from Valparaiso University. She is nationally certified as a family nurse practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Teresa has worked in the Porter Regional Hospital Emergency Department in Valparaiso, the Renal Metabolic Unit at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, the Intensive Care Unit at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center in Mishawaka, the Medical/Surgical Telemetry Unit at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois, and the Leighton Heart & Vascular Center at Memorial Hospital of South Bend.
