Thanh Tra Ngo, MD

Thanh Tra Ngo, MD, completed her medical training across two continents — she earned her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and later finished her residency at Louis A. Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. When asked about her philosophy of care as an internal medicine hospitalist, Dr. Ngo shared, “I provide patient-centered care, treating every patient with the same compassion and dedication I would offer my own family.” Her approach embodies the Beacon mission to deliver outstanding care, inspire health, and connect with heart. A prolific contributor to medical scholarship, Dr. Ngo has authored peer reviewed articles across several respected journals, including Biomedical Research and Therapy, Journal of the American College of Cardiology, European Journal of Anatomy and the Journal of Translational Internal Medicine.
