About Sandra Pratt With a special interest in functional medicine and getting to the root causes of chronic disease, Sandra Pratt, FNP-BC, works with adults with chronic heart failure. Her clinical goals are the management of chronic heart failure through guideline-directed medical therapy strategies of medication, adherence, education, regular monitoring, lifestyle, modifications, personalized therapy, patient engagement, and a multidisciplinary approach. Sandra earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at The Ohio State University, Columbus, and a Master of Science in Nursing at Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, VA.
